The project involved user research, wireframing, information architecture planning, and high-fidelity UI design. The final interface focused on clarity, accessibility, and ease of navigation to ensure that users could manage their finances effortlessly.
Users found the existing financial dashboard confusing and difficult to navigate. Key features were hidden within multiple menus, causing frustration and increasing support requests.
A complete UX redesign was carried out based on user research and usability testing. The interface was simplified using clear navigation, improved data visualization, and intuitive interaction patterns. A clean and modern UI system was created to make financial information easier to understand.
